    Before complain to the Beyonce Official Online Site I submitted a complain on fye site. I purchase the Beyonce I Am World Tour DVD/CD today with hopes that I would get a free poster with my purchase. That was the advertisement on the Beyonce Official online site. Unfortunately I was told by the employee at the store that they never received the supply of the poster in that store. The FYE store is the one located 195 Stonewood St. Downey, CA 90241.
