Does it look like it does here: http://www.beyonceonline.com/us/facebook-takeover It looks like it should cut-off at the top of her hair. Maybe try to reload just your profile picture?

If your photos are in the wrong order, un-tag yourself from all of them and then re-tag yourself in the correct order. So, tag 6 first. Then tag 5. Then 4. Then 3. Then 2. Remember, you don't tag 1. That should work.
