I can't believe it! When I saw that there was actually an official Single Ladies video contest I couldn't believe my eyes! But then.. I read the whole article.. let me just quote from the text above:

I am from Romania. A huge fan! I didn't go to the concert that Beyonce held at Cluj last year, because I had already seen the Beyonce Experience at GM Place, in Vancouver. It was absolutely breath-taking! I can't tell you how dissapointed I was when I checked her tour program and I found out that she wasn't going to come in Romania with her I Am... Sasha Fierce Tour. But I was even more dissapointed when I found out that I couldn't participate to the video contest only because I am not a resident of the US, Canada, Austria, Belgium or the other countries stated above. I'm just thinking.. how are they planning to find the best dance video in the world, if they don't let the whole world participate!!
