Lots of your huge fans in Malaysia still shock with the fact that your "I AM Tour" has been cancelled. Please please pleaseeeeeeeeeee perform for us in Malaysiaaaaaa.. pleaseeeeeeeeeee...

Yay, Malaysian made it go Platinum! And all for a good reason:) I really hope Beyonce gets to perform in Malaysia! I was really excited till i heard it was postponed. I dont mind waiting, but please dont cancel it, please! Smiling

Sales hit platinum, then comes the announcement of the concert "postponement" (just tell us it's cancelled, ok?). How ironic.

Beyonce in Malaysia. I knew it was too good to be true. Thanks for getting our hopes up, only to disappoint us...again.

Yeah... Congratulations B, by not making it in Malaysia... I think this is not the first time though... I updated my status in FB on how excited I was to go to your concert and then this frustrating, devastating news came up late yesterday evening telling us it is POSTPONED! C'on... Just let the world know that it is CANCELLED! So that we can stop hoping for u to perform!

Congrats on your achievement Queen B. You have lots of fans here in Malaysia.

Please say that u postponed ( or canceled ) your tour in Malaysia is not because of us Malaysians, if so then I am so ashamed of being one.

Anyways, we really hope that you would come sometime in the near future.

Well, I'm not sure whether to congratulate you on your achievements especially your album reaching platinum here in Malaysia. Us Malaysians, comprising of various races mainly Malay, Chinese, Indians and ethnic groups, are extremely disappointed with the postponing of your concert in KL. It is reported that this time (yes..the 2nd time!) it was not the government's decision, but the artiste's decision instead.

Maybe your management should do some background check on Malaysia, on how we, from different religion background, live in harmony. We do understand the government's move to impose strict rules on international performer's clothing. Even artist such as Pop Diva Mariah Carey (who is well know for her sexyness) obeyed to the rule when she performed in KL back in 2004 because of one reason....she did not want to DISAPPOINT her fans.

You even made a statement few months back about performing in Malaysia... something about being a role model and accepting others view (in this case the opposition political group PAS). With that statement, u gave thousands of Malaysians high hope but at the end of the day, you turned us down AGAIN. Well....i guess u deserve the title as Queen B. I guess the super ego Sasha Fierce over-powered the humble Queen B we once knew in Destiny's Child.

On behalf of many disappointed Malaysian Fans (esp in Facebook)

Because fans were too excited about you coming here to Malaysia that they feel like listening your songs on Youtube and iTunes weren't enough, they went out to BUY your albums, so when you perform at the concert, they can sing along to every song.

Unfortunately, it isn't the case anymore. 6 days before the concert, it was postponed. And in my book, that means CANCELED. Reports mentioned that it was your own personal decision (which I was kind of skeptical whether if it's true or not), I don't know how significant or insignificant this concert in Malaysia means to you, but you could at least state a reason why. On the other hand, I'm guessing this has something to do with some "committees" and "groups" opposing the ban of the concert?

Anyways, I respect what you do, I think you represent hardworking women and you're just amazing at what you do. But please don't treat the concert in Malaysia as something small.

Regards.

haha! It is canceled isn't it? Stop putting so much hope on us by telling us that it was postponed to a later date. U know what it feels B?
FRUSTRATED + DEVASTATED = U NOT BEING ABLE TO PERFORM IN MALAYSIA!

As a huge fan of yours from day 1, i have been looking forward to see you perform for us fans here in Malaysia. But as the news hit us this morning on our way to work, many text were exchanged and even radios were flooded with calls stating their disappointment with the news of the cancellation. We the Malaysian fans have feel cheated if not punished for something we didnt even do.
I am sure some sort of story will (or might) come from your team to explain what has happened and over time this news will be forgotten. But as your loyal fans here that has always admired and seen you as our icon, we shall never forget this day. The day you did not deliver your promise.
This small comment might not make much change to what has happen as i am just 1 out of many millions who adores you. But i feel strongly that i have to air out my views on what has happened and what impact it has on your fan base here.
I just hope this reaches you, and u know that we just wanted to hear you sing your song and do your dance and now we will just see it on tv and never get to know how it feels to see you do it live.
Of all the many performers out there, we really didnt think you of all entertainers would do such a thing on us.
And how apt that we get the news of your album reaching Platinum here as well..i guess we are just to small a number for your talent.

Much love,
Darfius

It is pretty damn obvious this concert is not postponed but CANCELLED. : (

I mean, Beyonce is scheduled to perform in KL on Oct 25 and move on to Abu Dhabi on Oct 29. If she does not decide to perform anywhere between Oct 26 - Oct 28 in KL, this concert is over for us Malaysians. That is because she has a packed schedule of shows in Russia, Greece, Egypt, UK and Ireland,.... right after Abu Dhabi. Unless Beyonce decides to reschedule all the shows in all these countries just to fit KL in again, there is no way the show in Malaysia is gonna happen. For Beyonce, in order to fit us in between these other shows in these other countries would mean taking a sort of detour to fly back down to South East Asia. That is definately not feasible and economical. : ( So, the only Beyonce concert we will ever watch is a DVD concert. : (
I can't believe I actually bought 2 tickets on the first 2 days when the tickets went on sale.

Hello Beyonce hope you're reading this.. It was sad to hear that your 1st stop in KL canceled.. but its ok. When me and my friends heard the news on Sept '09 about BEYONCE having World Tour here.. we can't stop screaming and we were so looking forward to catch you live in concert. We have your I Am.. Sasha Fierce Platinum Edition album, the concert ticket, ready to dress up and to enjoy our best night.. and then suddenly rumors started spreading everywhere that the concert gonna be postponed and now canceled? just because some of the Malaysians having problems with your outfit and for that, have to cancel the concert? if yes, we are so disappointed and ashamed.. majority of us are so excited that you're having world tour here. No matter what or how you're offended, please forgive and forget.. We STILL LOVE you in any way. You're the true talented-star. I'll ALWAYS love you the way you are and keep supporting you, so do my friends and all the loyal fans. We are still looking forward to catch you live in Malaysia. Hope to hear your answer and explainations soon.

Lots of love,
Gwendolene

I'm happy for your success here in Malaysia. Congratulations for yout platinum awards for I Am... Shasha Fierce. Just a bit dissapointed for your I Am... Malaysia Tour that had been cancelled.
