Karim1 - Did you sat in the wrong place so didn't manage to get a photo with beyonce or were you directed to the wrong seat? If you were directed to the wrong seat by the staff then you should pursue it with the help of the company who you bought the tickets from, well they are not helpful to you. Write to the management of the show you attended, you should ask for the extra you paid back, goodluck.
