The “I AM…” tour stop in Malaysia, originally scheduled for October 25, 2009 by Beyoncé, has been postponed indefinitely. The entertainer remains respectful of the people and cultures of all nations and holds the fans of Malaysia in highest regards.

I'm a huge fan of Beyonce and I appreciate the fact that she came to Korea to give a concert geared more toward the Koreans but I think it would have been nice if she would have given a concert for the military members stationed here. The concert was in Seoul in the middle of the week but we have to work plus there is a curfew we have to follow. I've been in the military 13 years and its seems that most African American artists do not do shows for those overseas and I think thats sad. Hopefully that will change soon. Peace!

Its very dissapointing that this happens.. First out of nowhere you have decided to come to Malaysia then at the VERY LAST minute, you cancelled. is it payback? teaser? why give us hope and crushes them?

Hi...I am your huge fan and other artist also such as Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and more. Actually I was preparing to attend Beyonce concert on 25 October 2009. Unfortunately, the concert was postponed. The reason I'm not sure yet. Now the most important part is most of the fans in Malaysia felt that Beyonce's concert ticket quite expensive. I said this because fewdays ago I went to refund for Rihanna ticket Live In Kuala Lumpur and I saw Beyonce ticket still remained a lot.....As a huge fan of Beyonce please support her....I hope from other country come here and attend her concert....I know maybe Beyonce feels that Malaysia is a Islamic country so she can't wear outfit out of Malaysia's rule. She was banned by Malaysia on 2007...So I hope this won't be happen again...Anyway, WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU, BEYONCE.....WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH....
very disappointed
i am a big fan of beyonces. i live in bangladesh, when i heard that beyonce was coming to malaysia i booked tickets online to fly to malaysia to see her. i even prepaid my hotel. i had to take leave from my work to come to malaysia. and now this is such a disappointment that the show has been cancelled now.
im very upset.......because i made so many arrangements!!!
still hoping you will do the concert.

Can You Imagine The Thousands Of Fans That Were Excited About It? I Mean....that was an awesome concert! I went twice in two different states! (Could I afford 2...of coarse not lol) How are those people suppose 2 see her in concert...ever? I say make another DVD!
But theres nothing like being in front row on the "B" stage and having her look down DIRECTLY at you and smile! She's Beautiful In So Many Ways Its Insane. What if because they're so strict and she performed there anyway her safety was in danger? I say Don't do it...Oh Well...Good Luck With That Malaysia! Lol

I know that the P.A.S people has been insulting you. But it's not fair for your fans in Malaysia! We have been waiting for you to come here for a very, very LONG TIME. I was so damn excited when my mum said that Beyonce was coming to Malaysia! We even bought the expensive tickets jst to see you perform. Please, don't postpone the show.. It was bad enough when you cancelled your first show. Now the second time, you're postponing the show??! While all the other countries got to see you perform, we get to see NOTHING.
I even made you a poster. I even shouted and screamed when I heard that you were coming. But then, you postponed the show and didn't even give us any apology. My cousins from Singapore bought tickets to see you perform, but you postponed the show.
Please, Malaysian fans are begging you on their knees, PLEASE DON"T POSTPONE THE SHOW! Please... I cried when the newspaper said that you were postponing the show. Could you please follow the dress code? People love you for your talent. Not for your dressing. Mariah Carey, Fergie, Gwen Stefanie and all the others had the same issues as you. But they got through it and the Malaysian's LOVED their concert!
All I'm trying to say is, don't postpone the show because of a bunch of fools that are getting on your nerves. Do the show for your fans, do the show for yourself, do the show for us..

Postpone?
I'm not sure the main reason why the concert has been postponed. i have waited for this like forever and was so excited about Beyonce coming here!!! Furthermore, i have few friends came over from Thailand and Australia just to watch the concert and they was so dissapointed when it has been postponed! OMG! I can't imagine how sad it was for them..coming here for nothing.... plus all the expenses...
Most of the fans are pretty upset u know...it's very hard to get the tickets and now...?

We the fans in Malaysia deserve the truth. I really congratulate you Beyonce for deferring or cancelling on Malaysia. Stick to your guns but please
do not be too rigid. I've bought your tickets plus air tickets to get to your show. There's plenty of your fans who really lose out on air tickets and lodging costs
I would like to believe that you cancelled not because you didn't want to comply with the dress code regulations, but because those stupid protesters have insulted you by implying that you are immoral and your behaviour on stage would lead to unclean activities. Forgive them Beyonce, for they are damn bloody ignorant and hypocritical. They claimed to be upstanding pious people, but only a dirty mind would be affected sexually by your dressing & dancing!
Please bear in mind that those stupid so-called moral authorities do not represent the masses, and nor do we agree with their ideologies. Well, Malaysia do not need Beyonce to teach them immoral activities! So to PAS of Malaysia, stop pretending to be morally upstanding which you definitely are not because of your dirty minds!!!!!
