Beyoncé was honored as Billboard's 'Woman of the Year'at their annual Women In Music luncheon. The event was held at the Pierre Hotel in New York City and was capped by performances of Halo and Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) by P.S. 22 grade schoolers.
