Isn't it strange that even though I saw Mr. Carter, sneak past the medical centre on Friday at the beginning of Beyoncé's concert that I didn't feel as though I knew him at all and had no business in acting as though I did. It made me want to hear about him from the man himself, so I've been watching some interviews, one of which was very interesting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbEwBCBJxOI

It's a shame I didn't take up the opportunity to speak to him (though he probably didn't have the time, or want to for that matter) and just have a coffee and a good conversation. It's also a shame that people go mad and freak out these celebrities by charging up to them with a camera in their faces with a bunch of questions.

Love the act - respect the person.

Other than this, the night didn't go as planned (at the LG). I waited since 2:15pm near-ish to the front of the line, got through the ticket barriers and through the terminal into the main arena where we watched the supporting act. But unfortunately, my friend passed out (literally at the beginning of Beyoncé's show) so I went with her to the medical centre at the side of the stage (were we ended up seeing Beyoncé's husband). Oh! and here's where it goes wrong, the LG didn't give us wristbands (I didn't know this. We were let in with our tickets originally - and other girls who passed out where allowed to go back to where they were before). Originally, we were standing next to the centre walkway near-ish to the front. But we ended up missing the whole show I Could hear her though - she sounded great! And I've seen the youtube videos of the event.

Anyway, I haven't had any joy with the LG so far *thumbs down to them* So my lovely partner saw how upset I was at the situation, that we are coming to the O2 on May 4th. We're going to be in block 107, row F. I don't think you'll get to read this in time. But if you do could you say hello to Lauren and Lee It'd would be amazing! #inmydreams Ha!

Dear Beyonce!

I am writing to You in the name of cheated and disappionted Croatian fans of Yours.
Adria Entertainment d.o.o. (organiser of your concert in Zagreb) and Eventim d.o.o. (ticket selling company for Croatia) announced Mrs Carter Show concert in Zagreb almost immediatly after the super bowl show. They announced prices for tickets as follow:
BEYHIVE(ON STAGE), VIP EXPERIENCE B STAGE I PARTER-370 KUNA
VIP LOŽA - 800 KUNA
SJEDENJE 1 - 420 KUNA
SJEDENJE 2 - 360 KUNA
SJEDENJE 3 - 330 KUNA
GORNJA TRIBINA - 220 KUNA

Among those prices were 2 VIP EXPERIENCE categories:

1.) BeyHive Pit
2.) B stage or VIP experience as you name it

- both pricing at 370 HRK (Croatian kunas) - which is arround 61$
When the presale started at the Beyhive.com theye werent offering these seats so I perosnally contacted Adria ent. And they said the following: That on the beyhive.com those tickets are aviable in the vip packets, and if there is any left of those after the presale on beyhive.com they will sell them in those prices listed above (i have the original mail from Mrs. Borčić Ivanković on my mail account if needed i can translate the whole into english). So i decided to wait until the presale on eventim.hr started.
8th february at 9:00AM presale started. In two minutes both categories were sold. All the fans that have bought those tickets and PAYED to those companies were left bare handed. Here's what happened. Personally when i check the page, Beyhive was sold out already so I bought 4 tickets for the Vip Experience B stage. I payed online with credit card, and I got the confirmation email from eventim d.o.o., as it stated:

And I was probably the happiest person on planet, because one of my friends had a birthday on the exact the same date as the cocnert so it was the best birthday gift I could ever give him.
I contaced the ticket selling company when they will send the tickets, and they said it will be posted on that day afternoon.
Suddenly, some of us got emails from those companies that our tickets are not valid and that they never had them - that they were sold out at Beyonce's site (although on the site were VIP packages that are expensive for Croatian incomes, but there were no these categories that Adria entertainment have set for us in these cheaper pricing). Some of us never got any email. All of our money were on their accounts and we were left without any tickets because all good spots were already sold out, because the regular sale was going on for a few days then.

So we were desperate, on the facebook page of those companies i found more people with the same situation as me. We started to send emails all around. Nobody answered until Scott Mantell and Jenette Everett from turngroup contacted the CEO from Adria ent. and Eventim. They offered us these solutions:
„I have received your e-mail from Beyonce's agent, and I'd try to help you solve this problem.

As some of you have been informed, tickets for Bstage were sold (just few of them) by mistake of ticketing provider, as those tickets are in control of the management, not Eventim or Adria – and, we were not allowed to put those tickets on sale. Once we noticed they are on sale, we informed Eventim, and they pull them out of sale.

But, harm for few 10's fans was already done, and please accept my personal apologies.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can offer you, except one of three options:

1) Full money refund – but, therefore you will lose the opportunity to see the show;
2) To give you some better seats we have on hold for our media partners;
3) Or, (I think you will like this best) – we can provide you with early entry – you will be able to enter the venue 10 minutes before doors open, so you can stand just in front of the stage (main or Bstage, depending of your choice).

Once again, pls don't feel that somebody wanted to cheated you – that was not ours or Eventim's intention. It was just simple human mistake.

So, let me pls come back to me and let me know what will be your decision.“
We all agreed to this third solution, altough we were sad that we wont get any VIP treament, we was enthusiastic that we will see Beyonce from the front row! Imagine, the first one in the arena! We agreed on the place and time we have to be and all we had to do then was wait till the day come!
SO

As the organaizators (Adria entertainment) offered we all (us 27) agreed to the "early entry" solution. We agreed with Mrs. Borčić Ivanković and Mr. Ivanković that contacted us, that we would enter the arena at 5:30 pm, while the regular door would open at 6:00 pm. They sent us the instructions were we should come and we made a list of our gusted (because all of us bought more the one ticket).
We all gathered at the souther enterance at 5:30 pm sharp, and found a young lady that was appointed to let us in the arena. She check us all and when we all arrived, they said that we should stay here and wait, they will let us in, and they put some bodygurards in fornt of the door, so we coudnt enter. The bodygourd was so rude, he said all kind of comments to us like "whos children are you that you are getting this special treatment..." and he was laughing at us all the time, and even made us stand in a row with a pair like in the kindergarden. It was kind of humiliating.
I personally asked the young lady with the list at 5:55pm would she let us in already, cuz the doors will be open soon, and we wont be able to enter.. She said to me, that we must wait more. We waited more, and then while we were standing at that hallway in 6:05pm the regular doors opened and everybod got in before us.
The lady siad to us while smiling from ear to ear that we should write a complaint, but she already knew, that it wont help obviously.
Then we run to reach the already overwheliming crowd and the bodygurads closed the door before us, and didnt let us in. They opened the door at 6:40, we were stucked in a hallway for a half of an hour without airconditiong without any place to move.
While we were waiting i sent an email via my phone to mrs. Borčić Ivanković, that she should send somebody to let us 27 in, because we agreed to that. But all she replayed that if we want our money back we should get out of the arena right now.
When we finally get in, we didnt reached the right places and got stucked in the middle of the people of the sea.
My friend who is 157cm tall didnt get any oxygen there, and fainted druing the opeing act, so my friends and i was forced to leave that place, and go out with her. Ofcourse the bodygurdas didnt let us back in, we had to stand in the last row.
Isnt that sad, that we, who were entitled to go in first, got the worst and last places at this event? This would not happen if we would got the places we were offered because she would have oxygen in the frist rows.
Not to tell, that there were some serious fights, one of us got hit in the head so hard, that she cried half of the concert.
All of us were so disappointed and said about this event, that non of us really enjoyed the cocnert. I coudnt see a thing from the last row personally.
We tried to reach mrs. Borčić Ivanković, but since then she didnt replay to our emails, and dont retunrs our calls.
I personally went to their office, two times! Frist i was told that she is out of office (the day after the cocnert), and i said to the gril who was there that tell her, that i will come tomorrow. She said ok, she will be here tomorrow from 10am to 3pm. I came back the day after and ofcourse she wasnt there. She had some personal issuse and had to go home. Not to mention, that i am not from zagreb, i live 300km from this city, and i delayed my all other duties, just to try to talk to her, and see weather she would aplogize in person or not.
The saddest thing at all, that nobody said anything to us, not even a single sorry!
I think you should really avoid working with these people again.
I am really sad and disappointed in this show. I expected that it would be the best night of this year, but it was honestly the worst so far. I excpected memories that will last, but i cant wait to forget it.
I dont know if theres any way that can fix this situation, but i know, that i will send this email with all the other to the press, and let them know, how it is done in Adria entertainement.

I would really love if Beyonce could hear about it! Mr. Ivankovic and Mrs. Borcic Ivankovic as we saw from the news got even the chance to meet her. I wonder would she approve this kind of treatment for her biggest supporters in this country? And what we got? NOTHING!
I don't really know if there is anything that can be done here. I missed the concert in completly, i was so disappointed by the treatment of the bodyguards and the lady who was „responsible“ for our „early entry“, that i was sitting on the floor crying during the first three songs. Its a shame. All I wanted to see Beyonce up close, and at the end, we were standing in the LAST ROW.
I would love if Beyonce would hear about it! Im sure she would not want a treatment like this for her biggest supporters in Croatia. Who else would be up all night waiting by the computer to be the first one to buy the tickets...
Anyway i hope somebody will read this.

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET TICKETS ON TICKET MASTER!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD! The last concert I attended was on 6/27/09. It was by birthday & I really enjoyed the I AM Tour!! I hadn't been able to make any of the New York concerts b/c I just couldn't afford to buy tickets & get there. I was married in 2010 & my husband has been in & out of work since. It has been a rough almost 3 years, but we make it through everything b/c of the love we have & the God we serve! My 30th birthday is this year & Bey will be in Vegas 2 days afterwards. What a great 30th bday this could be! However, my job is very critical @ the end of the month. I am taking some huge risks b/c I still plan on trying my VERY best to get to Vegas! If not, the Dallas show on 7/6/13 will work. Ever since I missed the Beyonce Experience Concert (which I would love to have a CD with all versions of the songs she used in this show), I told everyone, I will NEVER miss another one! I mean that! I need some tickets! Can anyone help me? What sucks is that I'm sure someone has been able to get tickets that wouldn't have the experience I will have it this show

Add BUFFALO, NY to the tour! Only an hour and half from Toronto, and we love her just as much!
I am so sad. All I've ever wanted to do was go to a BEYONCE concert. I saw her with Destiny's Child on tour with Christina A. in 2000- when I was a little fat kid dancing my a$$ off. I never stopped jumping during: Jumpin', Jumpin'. I can't find affordable tickets anywhere. My sister tried to buy them right when they went on sale, but no luck.

She is the best. Soooo sad.
